We are committed to respecting and promoting protection of human rights within our sphere of influence.
In addition, The Company communicates relevant policies on human rights and labor practices through posters and handouts in 4 languages, namely Thai, English, Cambodian, and Burmese, and provides training to employees, workers, and contractors. We also provide basic knowledge on human rights and labor practices to business partners through capacity building training so that they understand and recognize their responsibility in respecting human rights. Employees, workers, contractors and business partners can submit their opinions, suggestions and complaints related to human rights, or request assistance through Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
