CPF has integrated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into our sustainability practices based on the three pillars of our sustainability strategy - “Food Security, Self-Sufficient Society and Balance of Nature”. We directly support all of 17 SDGs which are in line with CPF’s capability and potential to support sustainable and inclusive development.
The integration of SDGs into our sustainability strategy allows us to identify issues to which we can efficiently contribute in order to create positive impacts or at least to reduce negative impacts. We link our materiality issues with SDGs to ensure that we know which activities in CPF’s value chain are most suited in supporting the Goals, directly and indirectly.
In addition, CPF operates its business in accordance with the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UN Global Compact). We are also one of the fifteen founding members of the Global Compact Network Thailand (GCNT) with the aim to drive the Thai business sector to adhere to the ten principles in operating their business.
