CPF launches Rak-Nives Project in Bang Pakong district
Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL (CPF) and Chachoengsao Forest Preserve Unit 3 and Ban Tha Takiab community to launch CPF’s Rak-Nives in Bang Pakong district, Chachoengsao province. The project will help restore 31 Rai of forest in Khao Talat area.
The 3 years long project will emphasize on reforestation and maintain the forest area in an attempt to restore abundant forest for the nature and solving forest denudation in a sustainable way.
The area is an important water source for Chachoengsao. CPF’ chicken farm for Minburi Plan is also located in the area.
CPF’s Rak Nives project is the company’s commitment to solve global warming as parts of UNSDGs. It target to restore 9,000 Rai the forest nationwide.
