CP Foods hosts the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting No. 1/2019
Charoen Pokphand Foods (CP Foods) hosted the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting No. 1/2019 at Panyapiwat Institute of Management on April 24, 2019. The event was presided over by Mr. Adirek Sripratak, Chairman of the Executive Committee of CP Foods. Vice Chairman Mr. Prasert Poongkumarn and Dr. Chaiyawat Wibulswasdi, Independent Director, Chairman of the CSR and Sustainable Development Committee, were among Board Of Directors and the top managements that joined the meeting.
