CPF Philippines planted trees for "Arbor Day" 2019
Engr. Eloy Castillo Eclar, Municipal Mayor of Gerona in the Philippines, presided over the planting trees marking the Arbor Day in 2019 to increase green area. The Philippines has celebrated the Arbor Day on 25 June annually by planting trees and arranging relevant activities nationwide. These aim to create public awareness and encourage people growing and caring trees. The Mayor and Mr. Sakol Cheewakoset, Vice Chairman, Agro - Industrial Business Group (Livestock) CPF Philippines, led the company’s management and volunteers planting 1,000 trees on abandoned area in Barangay Mabini Village in Gerona, the Philippines.
