Over 1,200 athletes joined CPFRun2Gether 2017 at Wareepirom Park, Bangkok to aid blind with multiple disabilities.
Mr. Sukhawat Dansermsuk, Co-President and Chief Executive Officer of Food Business at CPF, told that the event has reached its objective in promoting health and sharing happiness with the disabled people. The profit from this event will be donated to build facilities for Blind Children with Multiple Disabilities at Bandek Ramindra School.
“The accomplishment of CPF Run2Gether 2017 will created opportunities for disabled children as well as brings CPF together with the community.
300,000 Baht profits has been donated to Saints Foundation for the Blind in Thailand, Nationals Public Charity Organization.
Mrs. Kornkanok Siriwong,Director of Christian Foundation for the Blind in Thailand, said the foundation plans to build 4 stories multipurpose building.
“We feel thankful for the company support. The school needs the classroom friendly for the learning disabled student. The new facilities will help them to improve the quality of life.
The next charity run will be held in Saraburi on 23rd July 2017 to support Saraburi’s RedCross works.
