CP Foods sends food from the heart to flood victims in 28 provinces across Thailand

As several areas across Thailand continue to face flood-related problems, Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods)’ staff members continues to distribute several packs of foods and drinking water to help relief for flood-affected residents in 28 provinces as part of the "CPF Food from Heart against Floods" project. 

 

Volunteers from CP Foods have already delivered 10,000 fresh eggs to the Provincial Police Region 1 patch for distribution to flood-affected families in four provinces: Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Nonthaburi, Angthong, and Sing Buri.

 

Police Lieutenant Colonel Chiraphat Poomjit expressed gratitude on behalf of the provincial Police Region for CP Foods' collaboration in providing safe food aids to residents affected by Tropical Storm Noru.

 

CP Foods staff delivered 105 kilograms of rice, 6,000 bottles of drinking water, fresh eggs, and food supplies to the Manorom District Chief in Chainat province to assist affected residents.

 

In addition, CP Foods operation in Roi Ed province given out 750 kilograms of pork meat to 211 families of Ban Kui Kor Village which was submerged in a 2-meter-high flood. 

 

Volunteers from Five Star Business also helped flood victims by delivering food, drinking water, and other relief supplies through the "Giving Care, Against Flood" program.
