Ban Na Kham School in Nakhon Phanom Province, Thailand, successfully launched an innovative "Layer Chicken Project for Student Lunches" in 2023. This initiative is the result of a collaborative effort between Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF), the Rural Lives Development Foundation, and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce Bangkok (JCC) to improve food quality and accessibility for rural students
Located in Ban Kho sub-district of Phon Sawan district, the school has embraced this project enthusiastically. Students are now actively involved in caring for the chickens, resulting in a steady supply of fresh eggs. These eggs have become a crucial ingredient in the daily lunch menu, significantly enhancing the nutritional value of meals for all students.
