Charoen Pokphand Foods PLC (CP Foods) has maintained its score in Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) 2022, a globally recognized sustainability index that CP Foods has participated in for 8 consecutive years.
CP Foods attributed the success to the “CPF Sustainability in Action 2030 Strategy” that has been applied with all businesses from upstream to downstream. This year’s ranking showed outstanding performance in all 3 sustainability pillars – economic viability and governance, social equity and environmental protection (ESG). Full 100 scores were given to several areas from health and nutrition, human rights, technology and cyber security, innovation and responsible packaging to customer relations. CP Foods is also designated the industry leader in terms of risk management, supply chain sustainable development, treatments of workers and social contributions.
