Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods) announces its livestock feed business has been awarded the ISO 56002 innovation management system certification, becoming the first multi-site certificate recipient in Thailand. This prestigious recognition was awarded by the Management System Certification Institute (MASCI) and signifies CP Foods' steadfast commitment to innovation and its strategic vision to become the sustainable "Kitchen of the World."
During the certification ceremony, Rewat Hathaisattayapong, CP Foods' Head of Feed Business, and other senior executives from the livestock feed division were presented with the certificate by Dr. Chavatip Chindavijak, Senior Vice President of MASCI. This accolade underscores CP Foods' role as a leader in innovation within the agricultural sector.
Mr. Rewat explained that adopting the ISO 56002 standards was a strategic move aimed at enhancing work processes and fostering a culture of continuous innovation across the company. This approach has already yielded significant benefits, as evidenced by the Bangna Km. 21 Feedmill, which was the first CP Foods unit to implement these standards in 2020. Following this, an additional 12 feed mill across Thailand have now also achieved certification.
