Over the past several years, CP Foods has continuously promoted and protected human rights through comprehensive Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), from risk assessments and integrated risk-mitigation measures to ongoing monitoring and performance reporting. Additionally, CP Foods actively promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices, such as employing people with disabilities and migrant workers, educating vulnerable employee groups on labor rights and occupational health and safety standards, and encouraging employee participation in 19 corporate clubs reflecting the company's values and culture—including LGBTQ+, Warm Family, and Happy Life clubs.
