CPF (Thailand) Public Company Limited of CPFTH, a subsidiary of CPF, has requested permission to issue and offer unsubordinated, unsecured debentures with debenture holders' representatives For institutional investors and / or big investors to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Five types of debentures will be issues including 4 years and six months, 7 years, 10 years, 12 years and 15 years respectively. They are expected to be offered on August 20, 2020
Mr.Paisan Chirakitcharern, Chief Financial Officer of CPF, said those debentures received a credit rating A+ level from TRIS Rating on June 10, 2020. The underwriters included Krungthai Bank, Kasikornthai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Government Saving Bank, CIMB (Thai) Bank, and Phatra Securities PCL.
CPF also reported to the Stock Exchange of Thailand that CP Pokphand Company Limited (CPP), CPF’s subsidiary and a listed company in Hong Kong, on its positive profit alert during the first six month this year will reach 310-330 million US dollars, a significant increase by 82 million US dollars compared with the same period of last year. The increased profit has derived from surging pork price in Vietnam.
