CPF hosted Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting No.1/2020
Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF) arranged the company’s Annual General
Shareholders’ Meeting No. 1/2020. Mr.Adirek Sripratak, Vice Chairman of the Board of Director and Chairman of CPF, together with CPF CEO Mr.Prasit Boondoungprasert, independent directors and executives participated in this meeting. The meeting has acknowledged the company’s operating results in 2019 with a total sale of 532.57 billion baht, a slightly down by 2% and a net profit of 18.45 billion baht, jumped by 19% compared with 2018.
