Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister Chalermchai Sri-on and CPF’s volunteers led by Mr.Prasit Boondoungprasert, chief executive officer of CPF, gave away ready-to-eat meals to people affected by Covid-19 outbreak around the Rama VIII Bridge.
In addition to the food supports, its alliances including, Royal Umbrella brand, True, Osotspa and Mc Jeans also provided necessities to the people respectively.
The food truck COVID-19 relief project aims at ensuring food security of neighborhood in need with 6 delicious ready-to-eat menus. The food truck was dispatched to hand out free ready-to-eat meals for low-income people in six districts of Bangkok namely Bangkok Noi, Bangphlat, Huai Kwang, Bangkhunthian, Bang Bon, and Nong Khaem, as well as a group of people who have been hit hard by the coronavirus like Taxi drivers.
