Mr. Prasit Boondoungprasert, chief executive officer of Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL (CPF) and Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives’ representative jointly delivered ready-to-eat meals to low-income people in Bangphlat district.
The 11th food truck service was held at Bangphlat Vocational Training Center, Bangkok, to alleviate financial burden of low-income and vulnerable people within the area.
“The CPF food truck project has been specifically modified to reheat 100 packs of ready-to-eat meal at once. The project is currently delivering safe and delicious foods to people in need in six districts of Bangkok, consisting of Bangkok Noi, Bangphlat, Bang Khunthian, Bang Bon, Nong Khaem and Huai Kwang,” he said, adding that the company is looking to its supports to upcountry.
Moreover, CPF will join forces with Professional Association of Public Taxi Motorists to serve foods for taxi drivers on June 6, 2020.
