TDRI and scholars from 15 countries visit CPF plant
International scholars in the agricultural economics field led by Dr. Nipon Poapongsakorn , a distinguished fellow at the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI), visited Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) plant in Nakhon Ratchasima to learn from CPF's state-of-the-art chicken processing technology. On this occasion, Mr. Siripong Aroonratana , CPF’s Executive Vice President, and other staff members gave the researchers a brief of the plant’s operations. The group of scholars came from 15 countries including the United States, Germany, China, Vietnam Myanmar and Thailand. The trip aimed to provide in-depth knowledge on agricultural development in Asia.
