The Kingdom's biggest competition to find the best chef of Thai curry will come in the final round on May 14, 2016. It will be arranged at Park Paragon service area from 15 chefs whose curry tastes praised by the committees in the semi-final round.
The targeted five curry menus including green chicken curry, yellow chicken curry, pork mussamun pork curry, pork panaeng and ruby fish fillet with red curry. The winner will get Royal Trophy from HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha together with Bt1 million as a start-up capital to crate his/her own business.
Mr.Sukhawat Dansermsuk, Chief Executive Officer - Food Business and Co-President of Chareon Pokphand Foods PCL (CPF), said the company hosts this event is to conserve tradition Thai menus and recipes. Original Thai foods have specific characters both taste, ingredient and raw materials particularly spicies.
"We want to sustainable conserve Thai menus for next generation. This is also dented our vision to become Kitchen of the World as well," said Mr.Sukhawat.
