Nakhon Ratchasima - Charoen Phokphand Foods PCL. (CPF) supports the Pracharat education scheme known as “CONNEXT ED project”, an education and leadership development project to raise the quality of teachers and students.
Mr. Anek Boonnoon, Chairman of CPF's CONNEXT ED project, said the public-private partnership is an ambitious attempt to improve a quality of education in Thailand by highlighting on improving learning capability and confidence in both teachers and learners.
Mr. Anek added that school partners are working closely with the schools to organize suitable lessons for students to set up programs, considering 3 aspects including improving quality of education, sustainability and local community’s participation.
Currently, 65 young employees have been volunteered as school partners who work together with 195 schools in Nakhon Ratchasima, Chaiyaphum and Buriram province with a total of 50 million baht financial support.
Mr. Anek added that school partners are working closely with the schools to organize suitable lessons for students to set up programs, considering 3 aspects including improving quality of education, sustainability and local community’s participation.
The program aims to revolutionize the education system in Thailand, concentrating in building leaders, student’s interest and the community participation.
